The Solar Air Heater (SAH) is considered to be one of the promising devices for utilization solar radiation. Extracting more heat flowing air focus researchers, and many novel ideas are adopted improve efficiency such collectors. objective present work enhancement thermal performance using a numerical analysis single flow double pass heater with two types arrangements aerofoil fin configurations. effect configurations height investigated their thermohydraulic efficiencies. varied parametrically Reynolds number ranging from 3000 24,000 by keeping axial pitch as constant. It found that increases increase in due an increased turbulence causing absorption working fluid. However, it seen varying beyond certain has yielded adverse terms lesser expected blockage main stream. decreases. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) results revealed optimum configuration yields approximately 23.24% higher when compared (base model). exceeds base model 20.94%.
